Nel partecipare a discussioni nel Forum gli utenti sono tenuti a mantenere un comportamento corretto e conforme alle regole dell'etichetta di rete.

In particolare, in via esemplificativa, gli utenti si impegnano a:

  • Non trattare argomenti che esulino dai temi riferiti ai forum proposti;
  • Non includere frasi che possano offendere la Comunità di internet incluse espressioni sfacciate, di fanatismo, razzismo, odio o irriverenza;
  • Non promuovere o fornire informazioni che istruiscano su attività illegali o propongano danni fisici o ingiurie ai danni di qualsiasi gruppo o individuo;
  • Non includere frasi per promuovere attività commerciali o offrire in vendita qualsiasi prodotto o servizio.

La Regione Emilia-Romagna non può svolgere un controllo puntuale e continuo relativamente agli argomenti trattati e alla loro pertinenza rispetto al tema del forum, ma si riserva il diritto di sospendere il servizio senza preavviso e rimuovere il materiale immesso qualora fossero violate le regole e le condizioni di utilizzo del sito.

Ogni utente ha piena responsabilità individuale dei testi inseriti nel forum.

Contributions to the forum must not:

  • Supply information or contain anything that risks prejudicing any legal activities;
  • Promote commercial activities, products and services;
  • Otherwise violate any law.

Our forums are provided “as they are” without warranty of any kind.

We cannot grant a continuous supervision on posts and their relation to the topic of the forum. Forums can therefore be closed without previous notice and inappropriate contents removed, if they do not comply with the above terms and conditions

Users will be held responsible for their posts.

Les contributions aux forums ne doivent pas:

  • Traiter de sujets qui ne sont pas liés aux forums. Le modérateur se réserve le droit de déplacer des messages dans l'un ou l'autre forum, voire de supprimer tout ou partie des messages et des discussions;
  • Avoir un contenu injurieux ou incitant à la violence, à la haine raciale;
  • Avoir un contenu intolérant ou incitant à la discrimination, quelle que soit sa nature ;
  • Fournir des informations ou causer un préjudice aux activités légales ;
  • Contenir des messages publicitaires ou promotionnels ;
  • Violer la loi.

L’administrateur ne peut pas garantir une supervision continuelle sur les forums. Pourtant les messages injurieux pourront être effacés sans préavis par le modérateur. Idem pour les messages qui ne respectent pas les conditions d’utilisation.
